Ian Robertson

Ian Robertson ’08 (B.A. business administration-accounting) was promoted to shareholder of Littler, an employment and labor law practice representing management.

Robertson primarily focuses his practice on the defense of wage and hour class actions and California Private Attorneys General Act cases. His practice also includes an emphasis on preventative measures for employers such as hiring, performance management, termination, training programs, handbook preparation and compliance counseling.

Robertson earned his J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University.
