Cesar Covarrubias

Cesar Covarrubias ’95 (B.A. political science, Spanish) was appointed to the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council. He formerly served as an executive director for The Kennedy Commission to improve the stability of low-income families in Orange County.
