Andrew Vialpando

Andrew Vialpando ’12 (MPA-urban management) was appointed city manager of Lomita in Los Angeles County. He has more than 20 years of experience in local government, previously serving in the cities of La Mirada, Santa Barbara and Santa Fe Springs. Most recently, he served as assistant city manager of Paramount, where he managed the administrative services department and oversaw human resources, governmental relations, economic development, communications and information technology.
