James Di Cesare

James Di Cesare ’69 (B.A. political science) was added to the roster of neutrals for Judicate West, a California provider of private dispute resolution services. Di Cesare, a retired judge for the Superior Court of Orange County, is available for mediations and arbitrations statewide.

Appointed to the bench by then-Gov. Gray Davis in 2001, Di Cesare has nearly five decades of experience in the law. During his nearly 30 years in private practice, he was a litigator and law firm partner focused on cases involving personal injury, product liability and professional negligence.

Di Cesare earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
