Timothy P. Lattimer
Timothy P. Lattimer ’81, ’90 (B.A. economics, M.S. environmental studies) was appointed administrator of the Office of Community Sustainability in Howard County. He formerly served as a career diplomat in the U.S. Department of State’s Global Change, where he took part in the Paris Agreement on climate change in 2015.
